Sounds of Victory Ministries are 2010 Stellar Award Winners of the "Fan Favorite Choir Of The Year" honors and the recipients of six Stellar nominations. SOV Ministries was organized in 1997 by Phillip Carter and features several of the most gifted and anointed musicians and vocalists from the Washington Metropolitan area.

Over the past six years they have ministered extensively throughout the United States and have recorded four CD projects.

Their latest release "Songs from the Storm" is a 2010 Stellar Award winner and is SOV's best project to date as it both touches and ministers to the souls of the saved and unsaved alike.
